Missouri Injury Clinic operates in Hazelwood, South County on Tesson Ferry, and O'Fallon on West Terra Lane. This desk's default room is Tesson Ferry in south county, but the only real rule is the one in the headline: pick the room you can drive to this week. A nearer exam next month is not nearer.

The 12 to 2 closure
All three rooms close from noon to two every day, and the clinic says so plainly on its site. This catches a surprising number of readers, who call at 12:15 on a lunch break and conclude the place has closed for good. It has not. Call before noon or after two.
Fridays
Hazelwood and Tesson Ferry run Friday mornings only, 9 to 12. O'Fallon is by appointment on Wednesday and Friday, which means you need to have called on one of its open days to be seen on one of those. If your crash was on a Thursday night, Friday morning is a real window, but it is a short one. The desk's piece on the weekend problem walks through what to do when you miss it.
Which room
South County, Tesson Ferry. The room most of this desk's readers end up at. South city, Affton, Mehlville, Oakville, Concord, and the Tesson Ferry corridor generally. Suite 200 is the one to ask for.
North County, Hazelwood. Village Square Shop Ctr. Florissant, Hazelwood, Bridgeton, Ferguson, and the north side of the county. Same hours as Tesson Ferry.
Lake St. Louis, O'Fallon. West Terra Lane in O'Fallon, for St. Charles County readers: O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, St. Peters, Dardenne Prairie. Three full days a week plus by-appointment days, so call ahead rather than driving over.
We are not recommending a route, a parking spot, or a door. We are listing what the clinic publishes. If you want directions, the address is there to put into a map.
What every room does
The same first visit, as the clinic describes it: an exam, findings written down and dated, and a treatment plan you take home. The published lanes are auto injuries, TBI and concussion rehab after acute injury, and sports injuries. If your problem is one of those, say so on the phone and take the earliest opening. If it is something else, say that too and let them tell you yes or no before you drive.
Ask the clinic directly how a visit is billed and what they accept. This desk does not publish payment terms for a clinic it does not own.
The one thing no room does
Chest pain, a sudden severe headache, weakness or numbness on one side, trouble speaking, a loss of bowel or bladder control, or a head injury with vomiting or worsening confusion is an emergency room trip right now, not a call to a clinic. An injury clinic is built for planned care, and all three of these rooms will tell you the same thing. This page is educational, not medical advice, and the rooms above are listed because this desk is paid to feature the clinic, as disclosed in the footer.

Pick the room. Make the call. This week.
South County is this desk's default room, but the nearest open room is the right room.
